Special effects are no substitute for weak or confusing content.
New ways to add special effects to your website come along just about every day. The questions you have to ask yourself are: "Do I really need this?" and "Will it make things easier or better for me and my visitors?"

Special effects tools can be like shooting stars |
You've certainly seen countless movies packed with special effects, but hampered by bad acting and a poor plot. Websites can be like that as well. Often the latest web design special effects are like shooting stars, stunning when first seen, but fleeting. Special effect technologies often work on a limited number of browsers, leaving many potential visitors (and you!) out of luck.
What we use:
We employ time-tested design technologies, including HTML, javascript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Adobe Acrobat (PDF) and various stand alone visual and audio delivery software applications (RealMedia, Microsoft Media, etc...) instead of constantly jumping on the latest bandwagon. We also avoid anything that's browser-specific.
While it's true that the majority of surfers now use browsers capable of viewing many special effect technologies, there are still millions of people who don't. We'll do everything we can to make your message available to the broadest audience possible.
And if you want the latest razzle-dazzle, we will see that you get it!
